Plan Description

This is a condensed 8 week training plan to fine tune your fitness and skills towards your upcoming cyclocross season. The plan gradually builds and features one 'down' week. The final week serves your first race weekend of the season, but you can adjust and shift this to fit your specific schedule.
In this low volume plan, you have one dedicated day off per week. In addition, you also have one day per week dedicated to a short run that is paired with an optional recovery ride if you choose to add that in.

Don't let the low volume fool you - this plan is going to challenge, but prepare you for a great cross season ahead.
