Plan Description

This is a comprehensive 12 week training plan to build your fitness and skills towards your upcoming cyclocross season. The plan starts with an FTP check at the end of the first week, then gradually builds and features two 'down' weeks. The final week serves your first race weekend of the season, but you can adjust and shift this to fit your specific schedule.

In this mid volume plan, you have one dedicated day off per week. In addition, you also have one day per week dedicated to a short run that is paired with a recovery ride.

This plan is going to challenge, but prepare you for a great cross season ahead regardless of your category.
