Plan Description

Designed for the serious CX racer, Cat 3 - 1. The plan assumes you have a base of solid aerobic fitness. Athletes should be able to dedicate up to ~12 hours of training on average during the week for this plan.



With a focus on driving up FTP, VO2max, durability, and race-specific intensities! This advanced plan will put you in top form and make your competition wonder how you left them in the dust!

Includes "mobility bites," short 5-minute routines based on NSCA's Corrective Exercise Training!
