Consistency is the cornerstone of athletic development. The plan emphasizes recovery between sessions to promote consistency, while gym and run sessions provide a dynamic strategy to enhance muscular strength and resilience against injury.

We use power metrics to monitor workout intensity, allowing you to export each workout to your smartwatch or supported device. This feature guides you through the session with prompts for duration, laps, and intensity. Although paced by power (watts), the plan can also be adapted to heart rate training zones for added flexibility.
