Plan Description
Ein Plan für Fahrer vom Level 1/3. Du trainierst 1-2 mal die Woche ohne Plan, hast nicht viel Trainingszeit zur Verfügung, und möchtest dich jetzt so effizient wie möglich auf ein Crossrennen vorbereiten. Ein Powermeter/Smarttrainer ist praktisch, wird aber nicht dringend benötigt.
Der Plan beinhaltet wattbasierte VO2Max Einheiten, sowie pulsbasierte Crosstrainings. Außerdem Lauf-Einheiten und ruhige Ausdauer-Trainings. Die VO2Max Einheiten können außerdem auch ohne Powermeter gefahren werden, eine Anleitung zur Dosierung steht in der Beschreibung der jeweiligen Einheit.
