Cross season cancelled? No problem! With this plan we are going to teach you how to set up your own cyclocross practice course and salvage a cyclocross season! Not only that, but we are going to work on your cornering skills to help you ride smoother and thus faster in a more efficient manner around the course you design. Oh and we’ll do cyclocross intervals for sure, and plyometrics and you’ll also go thru a 4 week cx run workout progression. There’ll be Tabatas. No escaping those.
