Plan Description

Super basic power-based CX summer block for someone with no time to spare. No guarantees this will earn you a winning spot or massive gainzzz. You will have time for work and other things in your life and should be able to maintain good enough shape to have fun. Just put this on repeat during the summer. Don't over-do-it on the rest days. You're allowed to mix in whatever other cross training you like.

As an intermediate plan I have to trust you know how to measure FTP and set zones. There will be no instruction here. This is a power based plan for those with minimal hours to dedicate to cycling.
