Plan Description

In sechs Wochen fit für Cyclocross-Rennen.

Wir gehen davon aus, dass du über eine solide Fitness verfügst. Du solltest es gewohnt sein, mindestens drei Mal die Woche Rad zu fahren und am besten auch hin und wieder zu laufen.
Erfahrungen im Cyclocross brauchst du keine! Auf die rennspezifischen Herausforderungen bereitet dich der Plan gezielt vor. Doch auch mit Rennerfahrung kann dich dieser Plan nach vorn bringen, da er dich ganz spezifisch auf Rennen vorbereitet und du genau die Fähigkeiten trainierst, auf die es ankommt.
