Zach Miller is the founder of TRI2RUN Coaching and has coached runners and triathletes since 2016. His approach is individualized and relationship-driven: training is built around the athlete’s race goals, current fitness, training history, available time, work and family schedule, travel, injury risk and equipment, then adjusted as training progresses.

Zach coaches athletes across road running, trail and ultrarunning, and triathlon from sprint through IRONMAN. His athletes have included beginners completing their first endurance events, age-group podium finishers, Boston Marathon qualifiers and IRONMAN World Championship qualifiers.

As an athlete, Zach was the 2016 ITU Long Distance Triathlon Age Group World Champion, has a 9:27 IRONMAN best, finished the Western States 100 in under 24 hours, and has run 100 miles in 17:45.

TRI2RUN Coaching is primarily online through TrainingPeaks, with frequent communication, workout analysis and ongoing plan adjustments. The goal is simple: serious training that fits real life, so athletes can train with purpose and race with confidence.
