Competing in school, college, business, and amateur leagues fueled my passion. Around 2013, I delved into the theory behind these disciplines through books, blogs, and podcasts. Armed with knowledge, I successfully trained myself and began coaching friends and family.
Balancing a demanding IT management and consultancy career with a household and family, I've refined a thoughtful approach to training. As a personal trainer, I focus on efficient one-on-one coaching for clients who view sports as leisure, health maintenance, or mental well-being. I cater to beginners and advanced enthusiasts in cycling, running, triathlon, and crossfit-based training.
