We prefer to work with athletes using an annual training plan with interim goals and then have a tailored training plan to support your targets and objectives. We recommend changes to this on a weekly/fortnightly basis depending on progress, lifestyle, family/work commitments. We use objective measurement techniques and utilise a number of training tools that enhance the quality of our programs including, threshold training, skills analysis, perceived exertion scale as well as critical power.
