I started as a middle distance runner at 12 years old and was
10 times Belgian champion with Belgium records in every category. (800m and 1500m) and 4th on the European Championship Goteborg 1500m.

At 40 years I restarted as a duathlonathlete, biker, cyclocross and roadracer
and became Worldchampion mtb for Medical professions.
Finisher in the Crocodile Trophy (stagerace in Australia), the 2 times in the Cape Epic (stagerace in South Africa).

At 58 years, I restarted with track and field competion and became Belgium champion marathon masters 3u11' en Belgian champion indoor on the 800m.
