I have raced competitively for 15+ years in over 100 marathons and ultramarathons with numerous top 10 finishes. I am a father of 2 active boys and balance running with family and work, as many of us do!

I believe in a holistic approach that includes smart and structured training, long-term planning, mental preparation, race nutrition, day-to-day nutrition, strength training, and mobility. I provide training plans (including strength workouts) that are regularly updated and adjusted to incorporate your feedback. I provide remote coaching (or in-person when possible) with unlimited communication.

I specialize in optimizing training for mountainous ultras, no matter where you live. I provide deep, science-backed expertise on race nutrition. I also have unique expertise on UTMB races, having spent 5 years training for 3 finishes and coaching dozens of athletes to successful finishes at UTMB, CCC, TDS, and OCC.

I completed the 2022 Tor des Geants (67th place, 2nd American), so I have experience with 200 mile distances as well.
