I work 1:1 with ambitious Masters, elite and professional road cyclists and runners.
My coaching combines individual training, season planning, race preparation and strategic support. Every plan is built around the athlete’s goals, schedule and race calendar — with performance data used to guide better decisions, never define the athlete.
I work online with riders and runners across Europe and internationally.
My background includes Sports Director & Coach experience with the UCI World Cycling Centre team and Team Manager & Sports Director experience with Nexetis, a Swiss UCI Continental team.
Through my coaching work, I have worked with athletes whose results include an U23 Time Trial World Championships second place, a Gran Fondo World Championship title, national championship titles and multiple UCI race podiums.
