Dan is a Personal Trainer & Coach that works across all backgrounds and abilities from first timer to national champions, currently supporting athletes ranging from a first 5k through all distances to Ultra Marathons, in variances of Road, Trail & Track, with athlete podium awards across each in the past 12 months.
We currently coach triathletes to debut events, alongside established competitiors, gaining PBs through detailed fitness programming & improved Biomechanics, physiology & psychology
Having been in the fitness industry since 2010, Dan's main focus with any client is confidence, breaking down mental barriers to help not only reach goals but installing a positivity and self-confidence that enhances the person inside and outside of fitness.
