My name is John Wessling and I train a wide variety of Elite Athletes. My methodology is based around my educational background, my personal experiences, and the knowledge of other high level coaches I surround myself with. My main focus is getting athletes to compete at their highest level. Whether it's winning a supercross championship, running a marathon, or just improving in your sport, the solution starts here.


I grew up playing every sport imaginable, but mainly enjoyed racing motocross until I was about 13 years old. From there I fell in love with running cross country, and a year later cross country skiing.

Cross country skiing ultimately became my passion and taught me how to train, eat, and rest properly. I skied at the NCAA level for the College of St. Scholastica under head coach Chad Salmela. The methodology I learned on how to train was both from a classroom educational view, but also by training and racing myself. Training along side some of the best athletes in the world opened my eyes to the possibilities different training can minupulate the human body.

From there, I have coached some of the best skiers in the nation/world, and currently I am training the best Motocross and Supercross racers in the world. I am currently an avid runner, and cyclist, competing in Cat 1 mountain bike and cyclocross races as often as I can.

  • Coached multiple National champions with Loppet Nordic Racing in 2015
  • Coached 2016 East Coast Supercross Champion, Malcolm Stewart
  • Trained and Mentored the 2015/2016 Geico Honda Motocross and Supercross Team
  • Junior Olympic Midwest XC Ski Team Member 2009
  • American Birkebeiner 1st Place 55km Classic Age Group 2014
  • Twin Cities XC Ski Champion 2012
  • Pepsi Challenge 50km Classic Champion 2014
  • Trained Jeremy Martin to a 2nd place finish in the 2017 AMA Pro Motocross series.
