Warwick is a high performance triathlon coach with over 20 years’ practical knowledge and 4 university degrees in sports science, Warwick has the triathlon coaching experience to help you achieve your goals.

Warwick started his coaching journey back in 1992 in junior Australian rules football where he developed a passion for helping others learn and improve. He worked in a learn to swim and junior swim squad from 1996 progressing to triathlon coaching in 1999 at SCRAM triathlon team from strength & conditioning coaching.
From 2002 to 2016 he was head coach of the Carina Leagues Triathlon Club as well at times being a Queensland Academy Sport Network Coach, Triathlon Australian Talent ID and State performance centre coach during this time. Many of his junior triathletes progressed to state, national and international level in this period.
International level competition included athletes at Youth Olympics, Commonwealth Games and Olympic Games. Since 2007 Warwick has always coached athletes to the elite events at the Triathlon World Championships.
In these early years formal education was completed at the University of Queensland- Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2005, Master of Applied Science in Sports Coaching, MAppSc (Sports Coaching) in 2004, Postgraduate Honours (Class IIA) in Human Movements Studies, BSc (HONS) in 2000, and Bachelor of Science (Human Movements Studies), BSc (HMS) in 1999 to complete the coaching experience.
From 2011 Warwick has run Australian and international training bases for athletes in addition to club commitments.
