I started VPCC because I’m constantly gobsmacked by the poor quality of people’s training. By cherry-picking workouts, riding too hard or too slow or racing on Zwift at every opportunity, they’re gaining a false sense of progress.
The coaching and training plans I deliver are designed to help cyclists get the best from their training, make small changes that have a massive impact, set self-inspirational goals whether that’s ridding 20 miles, 50 or getting in the best shape of their lives.
The first thing you need to know is I am not a elite cyclist. I cycle because for me, its the greatest way stay fit, challenge myself and go on adventures.
So who am I and what’s my background? I’m a two-time award-winning trainer, founder of VPCC, Nutrition and Performance Director at Tri Force Endurance.
I love a bit of a challenge; recently I cycled self styled charity ride covering over 532 miles and 43,000 ft of climbing over 5 days. last year I rode a 20 mile loop covering just over 315 miles in 24 hours with an elevation of 19,000 ft and the year before that I rode 100 miles every day for 10 days to raise funds for Mind and Shelter.
I love my cycling and believe that its a great medium to improve health, mental health and enrich our lives.
