My name is Craig Vogel and I have been competing in endurance sports for just over ten years. I started my career as a runner and competed in events from 5k all the way through full marathon distance. After incorporating swimming and biking into my marathon training as cross training I caught the traithlon bug and haven't looked back. I started with sprint distance traithlon and quickly worked my way up to 70.3 half IRONMAN, and 140.6 IRONMAN distance. I have a passion for training and thrive on pushing my body further than I ever dreamed imaginable. As I progressed as an athlete I found myself having more and more people asking for advice and quickly found that I am just as passionate about getting others to reach their goals. As an active triathlete with a fulltime career as a firefighter and raising a family I more than understand the balance required to meet the needs in your personal lives and be successful out on the course.
