My goal is to be very collaborative with the athletes I work with. Consistent and fluid communication between the athlete/coach will help guiding the athlete towards the goals that are set. My intention is always to be available to athletes to help answer questions and provide feedback on training sessions. I also offer the ability to help athletes plan their race strategies and set themselves up for the best possible outcome.
My coaching philosophy is to help athletes build and achieve goals beyond their current limits and create a training plan for success. This is attained through close collaboration between us, working toward a common goal of success. For those athletes that know what they want, we can be very specific on the roadmap. If athletes desire some guidance on how to navigate potential goals and what they can achieve, I can help define that. My goal is to inspire, motivate, mentor, and create confidence with athletes that are looking to become an improved version of themselves. I can help athletes create a vision and a path to push beyond what they currently know is possible! Success looks different to everyone; whether it is finishing your first race at a specific distance, or becoming more competitive and improving your race results at any level.
