A former racer of anything two wheeled, Erik hung up his race wheels after a near fatal collision with a car. Erik took his experience and brought it to coaching, combining his program with Slipstream's (now Cannondale Pro Cycling) development team. After years as the Director of Junior Programs Erik took time off to start his family but is now back to coaching on a select basis. Whether a recreational rider with big goals, or a racer who wants to see how high they can go, we can get you there.
From years of coaching racers (and my own racing), I know what it takes to not only be successful but also to still enjoy riding your bike. It's not enough to improve your fitness if you end up hating throwing a leg over the saddle. For many riders, it's not enough to only get a training plan remotely, they need to improve their skills (whether pack riding, sprinting, or learning how to corner). I can help you with that, along with nutrition, strength training, flexibility, and sports psychology.
