I have worked with many athletes, male and female, from all cycling disciplines and all abilities, from youth all the way to masters. I have coached in a variety of different sports over my lifetime but now my passion lies in getting as many women as possible, whatever their age, training and working with their own physiology to continue achieving their goals for as long as they want to.
Finally research is being done on female athletes having different needs than their male counterparts. I have completed Dr Stacy Sims, 'women are not small men' and 'menopause for athletes' courses and with this knowledge can help women adapt their training to their cycles, or lack off!

Sometimes all it takes is being accountable to someone to help you go above and beyond your expectations.

My current qualifications are:-
British Cycling Level 2 Road & TT
Association of British Cycling Coaches Level 3 qualifications.
6 years experience in coaching remotely and face to face.
