Since 2019 I've coached lots of athletes from many countries, mainly for long distance triathlons but also short distances or only running, swimming and cycling, in person and remotely.
Sport is one of my core values, a true passion and Ironman experience was extraordinary. I learned that anything is possible, if you make up your mind and commit to it. It was a journey with life lessons that changed my life, helped me grow and shaped me as a person. This is how I decided to take triathlon full time and become a triathlon coach.
I believe that sport has become a science and coaching is an art. Besides the technical aspects, training plan, sessions, nutrition and so on, coaching is about human interaction, about relationship, about trust.
I still train and compete but the biggest satisfaction I get is from helping others to achieve their goals, to be part of their success. I always have a holistic approach to training, science-based and highly personalized for each individual.
