Sarah Hart is a lifelong athlete whose career is driven by perseverance, excellence, and a passion for performance. She began swimming at age six and quickly rose to prominence, becoming the first female athlete to win six medals at the 1989 U.S. Olympic Festival. Her success continued as a U.S. National Champion, American record holder, NCAA All-American, and Top 16 world-ranked swimmer in the 1990s. Despite major elbow, back, and shoulder surgeries, Sarah refused to slow down. She transitioned her competitive fire to endurance sports, qualifying for and completing the Boston Marathon, earning USA Triathlon All-American honors, and achieving Ironman All World Athlete status. In 2024 she competed at the Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Taupo, New Zealand, and in 2025 she conquered the renowned Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii. Sarah holds a BA in Psychology and a Certificate in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. As a mother of two and a dedicated multi-sport athlete, she values balance, resilience, and efficient training. Her decades of elite competition and personal growth shape the performance programs she now offers designed to help individuals reach their goals, rebuild after injury, or simply live stronger each day. With in-depth expertise in both physical and mental endurance, Sarah brings genuine passion to helping others thrive.
