She holds certifications from various reputable institutions, including the United Endurance Sports Coaching Academy's Ultra Running certification and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a nutrition coach. Additionally, Jen has completed training under Stacy Sims' Next Level Athlete program, further enhancing her expertise in endurance sports nutrition and coaching techniques.
