Through a series of life events after a two decade career in emergency services, he confronted his struggles with PTSD, anxiety and depression. Through intensive therapy and countless miles on the trail he began isolating his driving force for the ultra journey while running towards the storms instead of away.

Running forward and summoning joy in the pursuit is as simple as it gets. With a unique perspective in the ultra running world having faced his own mental health struggles through first running away and then beginning to run towards the storms, using running as a means of healing instead of escape.

Races become memories, data becomes stale. but the process… that is yours to own and grow alongside. Beyond the outcomes and numbers. The goal is not to just be a coach but also a mentor and someone who cares deeply about you as an individual. Creating a plan that aligns with where you want to go and how you define success is essential to the relationship.
