I’m a triathlon and endurance coach focused on helping athletes train consistently, intelligently and around real life. My coaching combines structured, evidence-informed training with honest feedback, testing and race-specific preparation. I work with athletes from beginners through to competitive age-groupers, with a particular focus on middle- and long-distance triathlon, running and cycling.
I first joined Triworx as an athlete while rebuilding from reconstructive knee surgery, so becoming a coach within the team feels like a natural progression.
Since then, I’ve become English 70.3 Age-Group Champion, raced an 8:59 IRONMAN and qualified for the IRONMAN World Championships in Kona. Those experiences have taught me that strong performances come from much more than simply training harder—they come from consistency, smart planning and getting the right training done at the right time.
My coaching is individual, evidence-informed and built around the realities of each athlete’s life. I use testing, data and honest feedback to guide training, but I’m equally interested in the person behind the numbers: their work, family, motivation, strengths and limitations.
Whether you’re preparing for your first endurance event or chasing a major PB or championship qualification, my aim is to give you the structure, confidence and support to get the best from yourself.
Outside coaching, I’m a naval architect and lifelong outdoor athlete, with a background in alpine sports alongside triathlon, cycling and running.
