I am an IRONMAN certified Triathlon coach and have helped dozens of athletes across various life stages and professional background cross the the finish line at over 150 international triathlon events over the last years. I believe in pursuing endurance sports while maintaining a healthy balance between personal and professional life, which allows me to have a deep understanding of the challenges an age grouper faces while pursuing his/her passion for endurance sports. And hence one size doesn't fit all and thats true for the approach I take towards building the athletes in my squad. I work with athletes who are committed and willing to give 100% to achieve their goals and in order to ensure quality over quantity, I always keep my squad limited between 10-15 athletes at any given point of time.

The first and only Indian to attempt and finish Xtreme Triathlons like Celtman and Swedeman has allowed me to understand training approach required specifically for this category of triathlon.
