   Triathlon coach, personal trainer, Para-Rowing, Para-Throws, Para-Track & Field, holding his degree in Sport & Fitness Leadership (specializing in Exercise and Wellness), and Currently enrolled as a Masters student in Sport & Fitness Counselling, Nick is deeply involved in bringing out your best. His experience ranges from working with elite athlete populations through to seniors starting a new exercise regimen! As a competitive athlete who started as a sedentary youth, Nick has experience in taking not only his clients but his own body through a significant transformation. Nicks passion lies in helping people understand the benefit of physical activity on the body and the mind, and is more than willing to discuss the psychological and long term health benefits physical activity provides. Nick is a highly energetic trainer and is ready to help you make your next lifestyle change!
