Mastering fitness involves careful attention and focus on the task, as well as an internal drive to learn from the most basic level. To master an endeavor, one must always maintain and embrace the beginner's mindset. From there, we grow into a better version of ourselves. I want to be involved with that growth, using my knowledge about the human body, as well as my experience as a triathlete, to help others find mastery in their own personal stories of fitness.
I work part time as a Physical Therapist, holding my doctorate degree from EWU. However, I have also jumped into the arena of racing as a professional triathlete in 2019, and I look forward to using my 10+ years of experience training and racing into an elite amateur triathlete, to now grow into a successful professional one. I am excited for the opportunity to share what I have learned with others through my coaching services, and I hope I can entice other like-minded individuals to consider investing in me as his/her coach to grow and master fitness. My philosophy is one in which internal motivation must drive one to exceed, and me, as the coach, serves as the one to facilitate growth with education, instruction, and encouragement.
