Since 2015, Brian has completed four Full Ironman triathlon races and eleven Half Ironman distance races. With a Masters of Science degree in Applied Psychology, USAT Level 1 Certification, Ironman Coaching certification, Certified Tiny HabitsĀ® coach, and race and training experience, Brian has all the tools to help you become a better multisport athlete.
