As an athlete, Alan has successfully completed 3 HALF-IRONMAN (5:01 PR) including competing twice at the NCAA Division III Cross-Country Mid-East Regionals and winning the Naval Helicopter Association Adventure Race (Distinction of being one of the BEST Helicopter Rescue Swimmers in the entire U.S. Navy/Coast Guard/Marines).
A graduate of Penn State University and former Navy rescue swimmer, Alan has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Exercise Science & Physiology.
