My training programmes are based around your goals, the time you have available to train, your development, input, feedback and results. Whether you are looking for an annual, monthly or weekly training plan, or a 'one to one' personal training session, I can help. The first step would be to sit down and discuss your goals, the time you have available to train and your current training/fitness
My passion for sport and exercise led me to a career change and in 2002 I began to pursue a new career within a sport and exercise environment. This started by completing an MSc in Sport Sciences at Brunel University, London, which gave me a good grounding in the principles of sport science which underpin coaching science and I have since built on these principles. Since 2002 I have also completed my British Triathlon Federation Level 3 Coaching certificate, the YMCA Fit Advanced Personal Trainer Level 3 qualification to add to my Amateur Swimming Association (ASA) Level 2 and British Judo Association (BJA) club coach qualification. My coaching remit is broad and inclusive, from beginners wanting to complete their first sprint triathlon, to more experienced endurance and elite athletes wanting to improve their performances, qualify and compete at major ITU, ETU and WTF championships at sprint, olympic, 70.3 and ironman races. I have also coached a large number of marathon runners and endurance cyclists and swimmers. Some recent highlights include: 20-24 AG ETU Champion (2018), World Duathlon junior champion (2017), a 65-69 AG triathlete: from novice to Kona qualification in one year (2017) as well as a 45-49 AG triathlete: from novice to Kona qualification x 2 – in 2016 & 2017
