I was always a person that liked to try new sports and after I had my two daughters I decided to try something new again. I watched the IM world championships on TV and decided to become a Triathlete.
I have done 12 Ironman and I decided to become a coach myself and help others in their journey to become an Ironman. I know the benefits of a coach are tremendous, at least it was for me. I have learned most of my knowledge from being coached for 15 years plus the courses I have taken. I am ready


After many years of racing (and present) I decided to share my love of the sport. I became a Triathlon Certified coach Level 1(2010) and an Ironman certified Coach (Ironman University)in 2016. Plus I have been a certified Personal Trainer, certified Trigger Point coach, Bosu specialist, Rebook instructor for 21 years.
My goal is to help people achieve their athletic goals. Whether that is to finish their first triathlon, improve their skills and become a better athlete, or win their age group. I have worked with all different levels of Athletes and have seen them succeed and made incredible changes to their lives and self confidence. Watching them succeed, is the best gift there is for me.
My philosophy is to work closely with my Athletes to help them build skills in all three sports and make sure they get the workouts they need in order to finish the races strong. A big focus is on balancing the training with work and personal life, I know how important that is , as I have been there.
I like to challenge my Athletes in the workouts I give them to bring the best out of them. I motivate them on those days that they are struggling and will give rest and recovery when they need it. My job is to make sure my Athletes will reach the goals they have. I encourage working in groups and solo, so they are well prepared for their event.
Nutrition is another part of the training that I work very closely with, with my Athletes, as this can make or break a race. Race SMART but HARD.
