I‘m an experienced Triathlon Athlete who coached himself from absolute beginner to Ironman Hawaii and Ironman 70.3 World Championship qualifier within just 4 years. In addition I have earned several official triathlon coach qualifications including the Swiss Triathlon Association Youth Coach and the so called C-Level Coach in 2023 with B-level planned for 2024. I prefer coaching beginners and intermediate Athletes of all ages. It all starts with a Dream!
About myself:
I’m 50 years old, living in Switzerland! I’m a father of 2 beautiful kids (12 and 14 yo) and I have a great partner at my side! I have always worked fulltime next to raising my kids and doing sports. Therefore, I know how limited time can be and how efficient we should use it!
My Coaching Philosophy:
Triathlon has changed my life! I have met so many awesome people, but I also learned so much about myself, my body and my soul! I truly believe every person is capable to achieve their dream with the right dedication and help.
