Meghan's background in swimming competitively from a young age led her to endurance sports. After she received a masters degree in exercise physiology she found triathlon and in 2013 became certified through USA Triathlon and USA Cycling coach. She created Energy Endurance Lab in Miami FL and leads strength training and TACX smart trainer classes. Meghan uses a balanced approach to coaching athletes through the use of corrective exercise, individually designed training plans and mental skills training.
