An ex international swimmer and triathlete, swim coach of 15 years and triathlon coach of 6 years, implementing coaching for athletes at all levels, who want to commit to their training - whether that is swimming, cycling, running or triathlon - sprint, olympic or long distance.

Bio

My philosophy is all about training hard but having fun. It's about fitting training around real life, the life of family, friends, work and social life. Training should be fun. To motivate you to get out and do, it should be enjoyable. That's not to say that it shouldn't hurt some times, and that you shouldn't be tired sometimes. But If you don't enjoy your training, you won't be motivated to do the work to achieve your targets and goals. Training with me isn't about just ticking boxes. It's about so much more than that.
