Even the longest journey starts with a first footstep - Welcome to

Sports and especially Triathlon is not only a matter of exercise but also of experience. This fun lifestyle comes into account with knowledge, time management, diligence, passion, mental strength, nutrition and particularly: resilience.

I started the sport over 20 years ago as an absolute beginner with less to zero competitive background. From mini to olympic and in the end long distance triathlon I was facinated by the complexity of combining three diciplines in a non-stop endurance event. Several victories alongside a bunch of Hawai'i qualifications later I would like to share my insights and concepts of training with YOU, keeping in mind that a healthy balance of family, job and sports might be the key. Having said so, as a husband, father and co-worker I know what it takes if life's duties are calling for your attention - might it be your kid(s) or working overtime.

Hence, a personal exchange is indispensable. Therefore I won't offer generic training plans since there are too many individual aspects such as e.g. training history, injury records or available time volume.

Fundamenttaly I do hold a coaching licence of the german triathlon association and do look for progress in education, still.

So, whether you have plans as a first-timer for your very first triathlon or if you are an experienced athlete heading for the long distance - I do look forward to welcoming you.
