If I had a dollar for every time I heard "I would love to do a triathlon but I never could do all that training" I would be a rich! Well, here is your chance to realize that with the proper coaching you too can be a successful triathlete.

I have spent over 30 years in the sport of triathlon and have enjoyed successes I never dreamed I could achieve. I started with friends who got me into the sport and along the way have educated myself to where I can successfully help others to reach their dream of competing in open water events, run events, duathlons, triathlons, and even IRONMAN races.

"I will believe in you until you believe in you" is a motto I adopted from my mentor. We all have doubts about our abilities. Hand in hand we will set realistic goals, monitor progress, be educated, and race to the finish line.

As a USAT Level I, Training Peaks, IRONMAN U certified coach, and a USAT Race Director as well as successfully competing in over 600 events, including IRONMAN World Championships in 2012, I am confident that I can help you.
