Triathlon coach for busy age-group athletes chasing 70.3 and IRONMAN goals. I train the way I coach: my own racing includes an 8:50 IRONMAN and a 4:06 70.3, all built around a full-time job and family life. I write individualised, structured plans in TrainingPeaks and back every workout with power, pace and heart-rate data, plus detailed post-race analysis so you always know what worked and what to fix next.
My coaching is built on one idea: the plan has to fit your life, not the other way around. Most of the athletes I work with hold down full-time jobs and have families, so every week is designed around the time you actually have.
I've been coaching a small roster of age-group triathletes for the past few years, most of them targeting 70.3 and full IRONMAN races. A lot of what I bring comes from my own racing: I've gone 8:50 over the full IRONMAN distance and 4:06 at 70.3, training through the same constraints my athletes face. I know what a realistic build looks like when you can't train like a pro. I'm a TrainingPeaks Level 1 Certified Coach.
I coach entirely through TrainingPeaks. Plans are individualised and periodised toward your key race, with training zones set from regular testing and every workout reviewed against power, pace and heart-rate data. After each race you get a detailed written analysis, not just a "good job".
This is a good fit if you're an intermediate or experienced age-grouper who wants structure, honest feedback and a coach who reads your data properly. Beginners with a clear goal are welcome too. If that sounds right, get in touch and tell me about your season.
