I have more than 23 years experience in coaching. My main focus is endurance sports such as triathlon, cycling, cross-country and road running and swimming at any level. 

As a professional coach with more thant 23 years experience, Sean (43) works with triathletes, duathletes, cyclists, runners and swimmers from 10 to 70 years old. His passion is helping people successfully combine their sport, family-life and career without compromise. He also has helped athletes get to the next level such as NCAA scholarships. 

He is the founder and head coach of Tribut Triathlon, a triathlon club since 2008. 
He is also a high school physical education teacher thriving on promoting a physical life style to students. 

A triathlete since 2000 and a father of four children, Sean understands fitting a training program around a busy life. He also takes the time to communicate with his athletes in order to maximize a better understanding of the whys and the hows of a specific training sessions and programs. 

If you are looking to simply do your first triathlon, run your fist 5k, cycle your first century ride or even to make your State, provincial or national team, Sean will provide you with the means to get there.
