Migdalia is founder and head coach of MASTER Coaching and Massage. Experience matters. Having someone who can identify with your fears & remembers what it was like in the beginning is also crucial. When shopping for a coach, it’s beneficial to note how many races and at what distance (IM, 70.3, sprint, etc.) your coach has participated in. This helps them to understand the specifics of the race. Coach Migdalia is a 12 time IRONMAN Finisher, 3-time Ultra-marathon Runner, and a U.S. Masters Swimming Championship Competitor. Her IRONMAN races include: Madison, Louisville, Cozumel, Maryland, Chattanooga, Mont-Tremblant, Lake Placid, Arizona, Texas, Colorado, Canada (Whistler), Couer d Alene. She has hosted numerous swim clinics on "Swimming: How Not To Panic," at IM events and has been a motivational speaker throughout the states. Her swim accomplishments include: 1st place 100 fly Masters Bartlett Swim, 2nd place 100 & 500yd free, and 3rd place 200yd free all in her age group. In 2018 she ran the Great Wall of China Marathon and is also registered for IM Florida. She has taught Pilates and teaches her clients proper breathing techniques, how to maintain a strong core, and how to listen to your body to help prevent injury. Her certifications include: IM Certified Coach, USAT Tri Coach, USMS Swim Coach Level 1&2, Spin Cert, & Licensed Massage Therapist.
