Pam has competed for 23 years on both the international and national stages, having completed 22 full IM races and numerous other IM 70.3, Olympic, sprint, road, MTB and running races. She qualified and raced at multiple Ironman World Championship Kona and 70.3 races.

Pam has 20 years of coaching experience with athletes of all ages and all levels, helping them to surpass their goals. Pam believes in a holistic approach to training and racing with a philosophy that encompasses recovery, race specific nutrition guidance, strength/conditioning and mental toughness, “SISU”. Located in the triathlon training mecca of Tucson Arizona USA, she coaches both US and international athletes.
Pam works with a limited number of athletes for 1 on 1 coaching. Each athlete’s schedule is hand tailored to the individual athletes’ goals, needs and abilities. She is in frequent contact with her athletes to ensure that their training is progressing on target. Although training data analysis is a key element leading to success, it is only part of the complete picture. Pam takes the whole athlete into account with a focus on what it takes not only physically but mentally to race at your best.
Pam’s mantra is consistency + effort+ attitude leads to success. She brings a unique approach to her athletes, having been coached herself by some of the best coaches and raced on both the national and international stage herself, she knows firsthand the challenges an Age Group athlete faces.
