I am still learning and studying to help you. I enjoy sharing my 28 yr experience as a triathlete and 13 yrs as a tri race director. I now teach and train using real food and drinks, nothing processed bought in a pouch. No white sugars or salts. Eating a Whole Foods based diet is critical in today's culture. It takes thought and planning, but it's worth it. You can feel it in your gut training and racing. No bloating or cramping. I think you will love it.
