I am located in Georgia but available for all! Given virtual means of communication now a days this is possible. My "Tri" life began in 2015 as a means to lose weight and stay healthy. It has morphed into a way of life. There isn't a second of my day that swim, bike or run does not run across my mind no pun intended.

I am a multiple 70.3 finished and 2x IM finisher. My heart lies with the full distance but I will coach you from a 5k to an Iron distance if you wish.
