Gary Bredehoft is owner of Tiger Coaching and Personal Training, a /athletic-fitness based personal training, multisport, & athletic conditioning service business, with offices in Lincoln, Nebraska. Gary is a USA Triathlon Certified Expect Level II Coach for over 20 years of experience, Past Ultrafit Associate Coach, Certified Strength and Conditioning Expert, NSCA, Certified ACE Personal Trainer, Road Runners Club of America and ASEP Certified Coach. Along with other certifications Gary presently works with 100+ clients and has a staff of 12 employees. Gary is a graduate of the University of Nebraska, where he was a past volunteer assistant coach for cross country and track. Gary is an 2004 Ironman Championship Qualifier & Finisher. He is actively involved in community organizations including Lincoln Marathon race director for 13 years, City of Lincoln Workwell board member, and past board member of the Lincoln YMCA.
