Swim: 1,9 k - 27:47 min;
Olympic -(PB 2:13 – 2017 year in Tartu)
Sprint -(PB 1:03 – 2016 year in Vaidava)
Ironman-(PB 10:12 – 2022 in Tallinn)
Multiple personal podiums in sprints and half-long distance.
Did more than 100 races - also 4 Full Ironman and 16 Half Ironman distances.
IRONMAN World Championship Participant.

Based in Latvia I’m well known Latvian Certified triathlon coach for 5 last years. My own triathlon career experience started in 1999. Now I'm working with Age Groupers to get them to next level and finish on the podium. I put together comprehensive individualized, structured and realistic training plans to ensure each can reach his goals and swim, bike and run to his/her true potential. I have an individual approach to each athlete - only this approach can ensure success and satisfaction to each person I train. I'm very scrupulous and attentive to the details. I am not a theoretical trainer but a practicing trainer with extensive experience in triathlon performances for 23 years. I consider that my biggest strengths is ability to find motivators for each athlete and understanding the athlete psychology. In 2021 I m received a C Category professional certificate as a triathlon coach. I still perform as an athlete and will perform and give all my best for at least the next few years.
I believe in true happiness through self-overcoming. Pushing our physical capabilities limits in our mind - we automatically force our body to be stronger and faster. This is the only way that really works and not vice versa!
