Coach Ken Holder - Tri2GoLong Coaching (Triathlon Specific)

Thank you for taking the time to read this, I have been coaching for approximately 3 years, initially as a hobby to help a club athlete on their Ironman Journey. Since then I have worked with a good number of athletes from very different backgrounds and of very different levels.

This has allowed me to grow my knowledge understand the more about the science and the benefits of using all the information on Training Peaks to get the best out of everyone.

I treat every athlete as an individual creating and using sessions that I have created, there is no cut and paste, I prepare training for you and you alone, and with the personal support I ensure I am available to address any changes in your availability so not to overwhelm you.

About Me: I have been a triathlete for 14 years (2026) and I have been a coached athlete and remain so. I have represented GBR Age Group at long distance 10 times and have podiumed 4 times including 1x Gold, 2x Silver and 1x Bronze, I have also raced Ironman with podiums at 70.3 and 140.6 and have also raced World Championships Kona (2017) after qualifying at Ironman Weymouth as 2 place finisher. The reason I started coaching was to make coaching accessible. Coaching can be expensive and often athletes that have potential are out priced. I want to ensure that is not the case. Good Value, Good Coaching, and the best level of support, give everyone the chance to be GREAT!
