I got my MA degree at the University of Physical Education in Poznan where I defended my MA thesis on "Building cycling-triathlon endurance for the Olympic distance (1,5km-40km-10km)." My adventure with triathlon started in 1998. The 2020 season is my 22nd season in life :) The athletic experience I have gained is trying to convey to others wanting to try this beautiful sport discipline.
My triumphal successes include four Polish Championships in different age categories in triathlon, duathlon and crossduathlon. I also represented the country in the European Cup in triathlon. Graduate of the Physical Education Academy,
20 years professional experience as a triathlon athlete,
11 years experience in triathlon coach,
4 medals of the Polish Championship in triathlon, duathlon, crossduathlon as a profesional athlete,
Publication of diploma thesis in the quarterly "Professional Sport"
My age group athletes competed in the Ironman series around the world.
