This is the highest level of TrainingPeaks accreditation. Level 2 coaches have completed TrainingPeaks University and have demonstrated their ability to utilize metrics in TrainingPeaks. They can provide you with the expert instruction and feedback you need to achieve your goals.

I've been involved in endurance sport for over 20 years, initially as a competitive athlete at Ironman distance triathlon and then as a seasoned marathon runner. I'm experienced in both road and trail races and so far finished 24 marathons with a PB of 2:52. Most noted events are the Comrades Marathon in South Africa, 2 x Boston Marathon, Paris Marathon and the Gold Coast Marathon.
I enjoy coaching athletes who are committed to improving their performance through a consistent, systemised and structured training approach. I encourage open communication between coach and athlete and program flexibility to integrate with the demands of all areas of the athlete's life. I coach my athletes to understand the importance of quality training sessions, progression, adaptation, rest, injury management and nutrition (pre, post and during the event); all of which are equally important when trying to achieve maximum results.
I believe that running is a sport that rewards those who have a keen interest to learn, persistence and commit to the long game.
